Super Junior’s Lee Sungmin and his wife Kim Sa-eun are going to be parents! The couple happily announced the news through their respective Instagram accounts on July 16.

The K-pop star shared a photo of their baby’s ultrasound, expressing his gratitude and excitement.

“A precious baby has come to us. After 10 years of marriage, I’m going to be a dad. As this baby has come to us with difficulty, I will raise them with responsibility, love, and care,” he captioned in Korean, translated from Allkpop.

“I’ve thought a lot about when and how to share this news. Although I’m nervous, I would appreciate it if you could watch over us with warm hearts. Having someone to take responsibility for makes everything in the world feel more precious than before.”

He then thanked his fans and assured them he would continue to give them happiness through music.

Sa-eun, on the other hand, posted adorable photos of them together, showing off her baby bump! She revealed that she expects to give birth in September this year.

The soon-to-be mom also said they already have a nickname for their new bundle of joy, which is “PoPo.”

Sungmin and Sa-eun tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2014.
