2024 has been a banner year for Philippine pro-wrestling–from a rapidly building fanbase, dedicated wrestling venues, and wrestlers getting both mainstream and regional exposure, among other things. But nothing will be bigger this year than the anticipated in-ring return of Red Ollero to the squared circle!

As announced at the previous FPW Astig taping, the first homegrown Netflix-featured comedian is lacing up his wrestling boots once again at the aptly-titled FPW Unfinished Business on September 15, 2024, at Baked Studios in Makati City.

“This has been a year that Filipino Pro Wrestling has built momentum and I want to ensure that the ball keeps on rolling and FPW gets the proper exposure it gets–even if I have to do it with my bare hands!” shared the FPW President.

Red’s stance alludes to his quarrel with the current FPW champion, Mike Madrigal–a man he doesn’t completely envision as the face of FPW. Despite various attempts to be dethroned, Mike’s never-say-die attitude and exceptional in-ring ability have kept him standing victorious and defiant against a tyrannical boss who is out to get him.

But in an ultimate move, Red Olleropulls out his last card – a classic 5-on-5 elimination match between his own hand-picked army against Mike Madrigal’s chosen allies.
