From The Harriet Tubman National Historic Park to the North Star Underground Railroad Museum to the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center to the John W. The festival is one of the largest balloon events on the East Coast, drawing 100,000 people each year to witness amazing hot air balloon launches and flights.
