As you may remember, team Traveltomtom visited Eindhoven in 2024. We even wrote an extensive blog post about it. So surely check out our existing Eindhoven City Guide. We really enjoyed our first visit to Eindhoven in 2024. That’s why we recently spent another weekend in the ‘City of Light’.
We also went looking for a good hotel to stay in that weekend, and we certainly found one! We recently stayed at the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre. We can already tell you that it’s highly recommended. So if you’re planning to visit Eindhoven soon, be sure to keep reading.

For us, location is often one of the most important criteria when we are looking for a good hotel. In that respect, the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre meets all location requirements.

It’s located right in the city center, on the Vestdijk. Eindhoven Central Station is just a three-minute walk away. Perfect! Flying into Eindhoven? No problem, the hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the airport and offers a shuttle service.
If you’re coming by car, it’s good to know that the hotel doesn’t offer its own parking. However, across the street is a shopping center with a large covered parking garage underneath. You can easily park your car there. However, it costs 25 euros for 24 hours, so it’s certainly not cheap.
But the location certainly makes up for it! As soon as you step outside, you’re right in the heart of the city center. All the shops, restaurants, and many attractions are literally around the corner.

The hotel offers a variety of room types, including a Superior Room, a Premium Room, and various Suites. All rooms are decorated with modern hardwood floors and welcoming beige with a touch of red. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows which offers amazing city views and of course plenty of natural light into the room.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, offering a stunning view of Eindhoven. It was a joy to open the curtains every morning.

One of the best things about staying in hotels is often breakfast. We truly enjoy extensive breakfast buffets, and we can’t imagine a better way to start the day. Breakfast at NH Collection Eindhoven is served in Restaurant VANE, at the top floor of the hotel.

NH Collection hotels are known for their extensive and luxurious breakfast buffets. You’ll find a huge selection here, from fruit and yogurt to freshly fried eggs and delicious pastries.Breakfast at the NH Collection is a real treat!

The NH Collection Eindhoven Centre is a true city hotel, but still offers a modest and modern gym to keep guests fit. The gym is compact but offers a great selection of cardio equipment and weights. Access to the gym is free for guests and the gym is open every day, 24 hours a day.

We’ve already talked about the amazing breakfast served here, but Restaurant VANE offers so much more! There is no better start to your day than having breakfast with the most amazing panoramic views of the city.

After you have been out in the city for a full day, make sure to make your way back to the NH Collection and Restaurant VANE. The same views, but then at night and with a lovely dinner make the perfect end to your day. VANE Restaurant serves dishes with locally sourced ingredients complemented with exotic products. They create fresh tastes and textures.
Do you still have some energy left after a full day exploring and a delicious dinner at VANE Restaurant? NH Collection Eindhoven Centre has you covered. Move one level up to the VANE Skybar. Known in Eindhoven and beyond, this place is very popular and not just visited by hotel guests. Imagine having one of their signature cocktails here while enjoying the views of the city of Eindhoven.
The NH Collection Eindhoven Centre is a city hotel with a truly perfect location. It’s actually very basic.
By that I mean it’s basically what it is: a hotel with good rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful rain showers, the best breakfast, the best location, and a top-notch restaurant including a sky bar. And often, that’s exactly what you’re looking for and want. No hassle, no searching for your room or facilities you don’t use anyway. The power of simplicity.
