Kalikasan Glamping Resort is one of those rare finds that instantly makes you feel at ease. From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a special kind of getaway. Here are all the things I absolutely loved about my stay:
One of the best things about Kalikasan is its location. It feels wonderfully tucked away—secluded enough to give you that much-needed peace and quiet—but it’s still just a short drive from the town proper. So, if you need supplies or want to explore a bit, you’re not completely cut off. It’s the perfect balance of remote and accessible.
The infinity pool is a true highlight. It overlooks a lush forest filled with various trees—including banana trees—that surround the resort, with the majestic Mt. Banahaw rising in the background. Whether you’re taking a dip or simply lounging by the pool, the view is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly calming.
Let’s be honest—bathrooms can make or break a glamping experience. Thankfully, Kalikasan gets it right. Each accommodation has its own exclusive toilet and bath, and they’re not only spotless but also stylish and very Instagram-worthy. Plus, they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—huge bonus!
The property features a limited number of glamping tents, creating an exclusive and serene environment that enhances the overall experience. With so few accommodations available, the area never feels crowded, which greatly contributes to its tranquil atmosphere. During my stay, I enjoyed a rare sense of solitude, as it felt like I had the entire property almost to myself, allowing me to relax and immerse myself in nature fully. The quiet surroundings, combined with the comforts of glamping, made for a truly rejuvenating getaway.
The tents are super cozy. Each one comes with clean beds, air conditioning, electrical outlets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s camping—but with all the comforts of home.
Every tent has its own little balcony, complete with a table and chairs. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a quiet dinner, or just soaking in the view and fresh air. It really makes the stay feel more personal and intimate.
If you enjoy cooking your own meals while traveling, you’ll appreciate the resort’s shared kitchen. It’s clean and well-equipped. They provide a small stove and charge ₱90 for the butane. Bring your own cooking utensils. It’s perfect for those who want to prepare their own food and eat at their own pace.
The staff at Kalikasan are genuinely warm and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist and answer questions. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. They were also very responsive on social media, which made finding information much easier.
Too tired to cook or go out? No worries. Kalikasan Glamping Resort offers in-house meals that you can pre-order. The food is tasty, satisfying, and super convenient after a long day of swimming or exploring.
Above all else, what I appreciated most was the serenity. Kalikasan Glamping Resort truly lives up to its name—“kalikasan” meaning nature. The surroundings, the ambiance, and the slow, quiet pace of life here make it the ideal place to unplug, recharge, and just breathe.
