The 2024 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) has officially revealed its first lineup of artists set to attend this year’s star-studded award ceremony.

On October 9, AAA confirmed that NewJeans, NCT127, ZEROBASEONE, BIBI, WayV, and QWER will be gracing the event. More K-pop and international artists are expected to be announced in the following days.

Additionally, IVE’s Jang Won Young and ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Han Bin are both confirmed to return as MCs for this year’s show. Both K-pop stars hosted last year’s awards.

Asia Artist Awards was held historically at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan last year, marking the first time that the South Korean award-giving body took center stage in the country.

Last year’s AAA saw the attendance of some of the biggest and most popular Asian artists in television, film, and music. This includes hitmaker groups Seventeen’s BSS, NewJeans, Stray Kids, and Le Sserafim; K-Drama artists Lee Jun-ho, Kim Seon-ho, and Kim Se-jong; and well-known Filipino names like SB19, Ben&Ben, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.

Among last year’s winners, NewJeans took home “Singer of the Year” and “Song of the Year” for Ditto while Seventeen bagged “Album of The Year” for their chart-topping album FML.

The 2024 AAA will be held on December 27 at Thammasat Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
