Atmos Summit card: Maximize rewards for international travelers
There’s a limited-time LEGOLAND hotel deal that residents and frequent visitors may want to consider.
If you book a stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel or LEGOLAND Castle Hotel by April 26, 2026, everyone in your room gets a Gold Annual Pass instead of the usual 2-day tickets. LEGOLAND is calling it their Stay for the Night, Play for the Year offer.
For a family of four, that’s roughly $1,000 in pass value at $239 per pass, attached to a hotel night you may be planning to book anyway.
Most hotel packages include tickets that must be used during your stay. This one gives you a Gold Annual Pass per person, good for more than 270 days over the next year.
The vouchers are issued when you book, not at check-in, so you can activate the passes and start using them right away, even if your hotel stay is months away.
If you’re within driving distance, you could book today, visit the park this weekend, and still have a full year of return visits ahead, with the hotel night becoming one visit among many.
Once the passes are active, Gold benefits include:
Hotel guests get into the park 30 to 45 minutes before official opening (depending on the day’s closing time), with three to five rides open during that early window, including Coastersaurus, DUPLO Little Dino Trail, and Explorer River Quest.
Eligible nights run from now through May 21, 2026, and again from May 26 through June 5, 2026. May 22 to 25 is blacked out, and stays during those nights revert to the standard 2-day tickets instead of the pass upgrade. You need to book by April 26, 2026.
Whether your package includes the Gold Annual Pass upgrade or standard 2-day tickets depends on the specific nights you book. LEGOLAND’s booking page shows you the included items before you pay, so look for “Gold Annual Pass” on the booking summary before you confirm. If it shows “2-Day Ticket” instead, your stay dates fall outside the pass window.
There are two extra costs to plan for. The hotel adds a nightly resort fee to your room total at booking, and parking is charged when you arrive at the resort unless you pre-pay for it during checkout. The Gold Annual Pass does not cover parking, which only becomes a free benefit if you upgrade to a Platinum or Diamond pass.
You’ll pay for the full stay at the time of booking rather than putting down a deposit. The package is bookable only through LEGOLAND.com (not Costco Travel, AAA, Expedia, or any other third-party site) and cannot be combined with another discount or promotion.
LEGOLAND has set aside only a limited number of rooms for this offer on each eligible night, so popular dates can sell out before the April 26 booking deadline.
The offer is valid only at the LEGOLAND Hotel and LEGOLAND Castle Hotel, not at neighboring partner hotels.
This package makes the most sense if you were already planning a LEGOLAND hotel stay this spring, if you live within driving distance and could see your family coming back a few more times over the next year, or if annual passes have been on your radar, regardless of the hotel.
If your family visits LEGOLAND once a year and that’s it, the math is less compelling. You’d likely come out ahead pairing discounted LEGOLAND California tickets with a hotel of your choice.
Book directly on LEGOLAND.com. Third-party sites don’t have access to this rate or its inclusions.
